Frederick Charles Chappell
Fred Chappell and fiancé Lillian Maud Sealey in 1927. Fred was born in 1902 at Frampton Cotterell; his father was Charles Frederick Chappell, Jesse Ezra Chappell's brother; Fred and David Paul Chappell would be first cousins. Fred and Lillian married in 1927 and had five children, Harry (1929), Eileen (1932), Joan, Dennis (1940) and Elizabeth (1944). Lillian died in 1957 and Fred died in 1978.
