It comes from my dad. I only perpetuated it. Actually, I’m probably the least adept in the family, although more adept that the average homo sapiens, of course, being Chappell. If you can tolerate Stephen, I’m sure you won’t find me much of a challenge. There is an interesting definition at, of all places, cancerweb.com.
